Satisfaction Guarantee On Premise Partners

On-Premise Partners

LabTech Software will refund any and all costs associated with the product and implementation services when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is made within 90 days of contract signing
  • An implementation package was purchased through LabTech Software
  • All scheduled implementation and consulting sessions that are part of the Implementation Package have been completed
  • All relevant LabTech University training courses have been completed
  • Your account with LabTech Software is in good standing
  • A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds

The Satisfaction Guarantee terms and conditions outlined above are for LabTech Perpetual On-Premise licenses only.

Cloud Partners

LabTech Software will refund payments made for LabTech agents (server charge is non-refundable) when the following criteria are met:

  • The cancellation/refund request is made within 90 days of contract signing
  • All scheduled implementation and consulting sessions that are part of the QuickStart Implementation Package have been completed
  • All relevant LabTech University training courses have been completed
  • Your account with LabTech Software is in good standing
  • A reasonable attempt has been made to resolve support issues and/or workarounds
