John Walker

John Walker
Vice President, Global Operations

John Walker is Vice President of Global Operations for LabTech, where he is responsible for support, consulting, documentation, support website and internal operations. John brings to LabTech over 17 years of experience as an IT business owner serving both support and retail operations.

Prior to joining LabTech, he worked as a CEO of his managed service practice, providing support and consulting services to some of the UK’s largest private sector clients and actively managing and monitoring in excess of 2000 endpoints. John was also LabTech’s very first customer and later became the UK distributor for LabTech before joining the team in the United States full time in November 2009.

John’s education includes a Higher National Degree in Engineering from Evesham College in Warwickshire, United Kingdom.
