Kevin Gibson has over 17 years of technology experience in developing and managing enterprise information systems, including four years overseeing service and product development for an MSP in the metro Atlanta area. His focus has been on Windows-based server architecture with a heavy emphasis on virtualization and application delivery both at the desktop level and via the Internet.
In his current role, Kevin is responsible for driving key LabTech technologies, including availability management, LabTech Ignite, professional services automation (PSA) integrations and ModernOffice Suite integration. Kevin is also focused on executing the LabTech Partner Innovation Network (PIN) strategy to ensure product strategy remains aligned with partner needs.

Vernon Southmayd has been a principal in multiple computer-related companies over the past 26 years. He has been involved in the computer industry as the business models have changed from reseller to value added reseller and to today’s MSP model. He believes that LabTech is uniquely positioned to help our partners become more efficient and provide more value to their clients by leveraging automation.
Vernon is responsible for developing and executing advanced strategies for the next generation LabTech Marketplace, user centric computing, scripting engine and patch management areas of LabTech. In addition, he is focused on partner developers, growing a developer ecosystem and analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
Program Management, Technical Product Manager
Kevin Davis has more than 15 years of IT industry experience in both the enterprise and MSP market space. As the first LabTech Software support personnel in Tampa, Florida, Kevin helped build the LabTech support and consulting departments before moving to Research & Development and then to the Product Management team. He holds several certifications, including Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix.
As Technical Product Manager, Kevin is responsible for building and managing our early adopter Beta Labs Program, ensuring real-world testing aligns with quality objectives within every LabTech product release cycle. In addition, he is focused on identifying product needs and validating technology requirements through all product management listening posts.
Senior Best Practices Analyst
Josh Preston has more than 12 years of IT industry experience in both the public and private sectors and spent several years serving multiple roles in a central Ohio-based MSP firm. In less than three years, he helped grow the business from 400 supported agents to 1,800 supported agents.
Josh has also provided consulting services to several MSPs to help them improve efficiencies, streamline business processes and implement scalable automations. He has a strong belief in the importance of efficiency, scalability and automation, which led him to LabTech. In his role as Senior Best Practices Analyst, Josh is tasked with identifying high level industry best practices and then outlining simple, efficient and scalable standards for implementing those best practices using LabTech.
Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Adam Slutskin, Vice President of Worldwide Sales, joined the company in 2009 and was first asked to build out the Worldwide Business Development team. He currently leads the Business Development and Sales teams responsible for worldwide sales and has overseen rapid and record revenue growth.
With more than 10 years of successful technology sales experience, Adam served as Senior Director of Business Development at Kaseya where he built the North America Business Development team. His work culminated in the most successful month in Kaseya's history. He began his career at Broadwing where he sold voice and data services and earned President’s Club status. He was also named to the President’s Club as both a representative and manager at Computer Associates while selling security, back-up and infrastructure solutions to the mid-market.
John Timko is the Director of Marketing for LabTech Software where he is responsible for global marketing activities including strategy, branding and product marketing.
With over 15 years of experience in the field, John has designed and executed numerous direct marketing online and direct lead generation campaigns, handled media relationships and negotiated and managed industry trade sponsorships and participation. John previously served as Director of Marketing for iDatix and for Electronic Learning Products, and as a Direct Marketing Manager for Numara Software.
