Each Technician has permissions and a client list. The tech can be limited to a specific client or group of clients. The permissions are MYSQL enforced so the system is very secure even if the Control Center is bypassed.
Groups can be created and used as templates for a user's permission or the user can have custom permissions. You can have unlimited groups and techs in the system.
The Technicians can be listed according to their status. The list will indicate if the tech is busy, at lunch or at a client's site. The location can be set from in the control center and from the LabTech Mobile Interface.
The Technicians can also send messages to each other. The Messages can be sent from the control center or from the LabTech Mobile Interface.
The Technicians also have access to shared hyperlinks. The system stores all hyperlinks in the database and allows all techs to open the site directly. The links are obtained from Internet Explorer's Favorites in a LabTech Subfolder. The Tech simply bookmarks a site and adds it to the LabTech Subfolder and it is included in the system.
