Labtech offers many ways to deliver instant support to your user base without leaving your desk. There are two key ways to deliver support, Remote Control and Background Troubleshooting. Remote Control techniques take over the users desktop. Background Troubleshooting allows the technician to work behind the scenes and solve problems without interupting the user. Your technicians can also troubleshoot network using Labtech. Most of the functionallity is accesses using the Computer Screen.
