When a technician needs to run an application for the user, rather than using Remote Desktop, they can simply run the application on the user's desktop. This is particularly useful when the user needs to open Internet Explorer and use a long webpage address. Instead of reading the address, simply run Internet Explorer on the user's desktop using the User Desktop Commands feature.
