These live virtual training sessions provide valuable information to help optimize your investment in LabTech in a flexible online learning environment. Choose from more than 25 topics covering almost every aspect of LabTech. Pro Service Packs training sessions were designed to provide an alternative for LabTech partners who are unable to attend our more structured courses, but would benefit from instruction on remote monitoring and management (RMM) best practices and LabTech features and functionality.

Another Option for Personalized Training

Pro Service Packs training sessions provide another option to receive personalized training based on your specific needs. Following an assessment performed by the LabTech Training team, you will be offered a set number of training hours monthly—to be used to resolve issues or questions regarding new features or enhancements, new employee training or for in-depth review of a specific topic. The Pro Service Packs training is a valuable tool to keep technical resources up to speed and provide a smooth transition into the services offered by the consulting team, if required.

Pro Service Packs are available in one hour increments. Time may be scheduled in 30 and 60 minute blocks when scheduling in excess of one hour and can cover the following topics:
