LabTech can be branded in many ways to fit your business or your client's business. The Remote Tray and Remote Agent, Control Center, and LabTech Web can all be branded. From images to icons, from URLs to descriptions, you can make LabTech your own.
Brand the Remote Tray and Agent
The branding of the remote tray and agent are configured using templates. Template configurations are set by Group or an individual computer, so different branding can be used across your sites or simply and powerfully applied to all computers and sites. As seen in the image below, many elements can be branded. The icon that shows in the tray can be customized. Even the name of the services that get installed with LabTech can be branded.
Brand the Control Center
The Control Center is the main program that the technical staff uses to access LabTech functionality. The Control Center branding is configured in the Dashboard configuration for the Control center. The login screen title, the Control Center title, a start-up popup message, and the icon are configurable.
