New Revenue Stream – Establish a new revenue stream for your business by marketing, selling, and supporting LabTech to customers and prospects that may not require IT managed services, but are in need of a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solution to manage their IT department or IT assets.

Customer Registration – Register your LabTech customers for total protection.  LabTech Software will use this information to suppress your customers' information from any future marketing efforts from other partners.  If your customers contact us directly, we will promptly refer them back to you.  WE WILL NEVER SELL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS DIRECTLY.

Prospects Registration – Register your prospects and enjoy additional up front discounts once your registrations are approved.  You may also be eligible for post-transaction rebates once the deals are finalized.

Technical Support – LabTech Software is ready to provide its Channel Partners with pre-sales support in the form of demos, NFR licenses and technical consultations to help accelerate the sales cycle, as well as assist with post-sale support to implementation issues.

Training and Certification – In 2012, LabTech Software will be launching a formal Channel Partner Training and Certification Program including sessions on sales training, consulting and implementation and technical support.

LabTech Software continues to grow and wants partners to share in its success.  To that effect, the goal of the Customer Registration Program is to support you, not compete with you.  We will never knowingly interfere in your relationship with your customers.

When you register your customers with LabTech Software, you can be assured that every effort will be made to suppress their contact information from any marketing efforts.  In the event your customers contact us directly, we will refer them back to you.

Terms and Conditions – LabTech Software partners must meet all criteria and abide by the terms and conditions of the customer registration process as set forth in this document.

  1. LabTech Software partners actively under contract and current on their maintenance are eligible for this program.

  2. To register a customer with LabTech Software, partners must complete all required information per customer registration form.  Required information as follows:

  • Customer Name
  • Valid Customer Website (unique identifier)
  • City
  • State/Province/County
  • Country
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Are you currently providing services to this customer with LabTech? Y/N
  1. Offer is valid worldwide for active partners operating in countries in which local law does not prohibit such programs.  Partners submitting customer registration information acknowledge understanding and approval from local law.

  2. Partners must not be in breach of any terms of their LabTech Software Agreement or be on credit hold.  Partner must be current on their payments to LabTech Software.  LabTech Software reserves the right to immediately suspend or exclude partners from customer registration if a partner is in breach, delinquency or placed under credit hold.

  3. LabTech Software reserves the right to request additional information to validate claims.

  4. LabTech Software’s decision as to eligibility to participate in customer registration shall be final and conclusive.  LabTech Software reserves the right at any time to change, withdraw, or alter the customer registration program and eligibility requirements in any way.  LabTech Software reserves the right to exclude any partner that it deems does not meet these customer registration terms and conditions or whose conduct violates the spirit of this program.

  5. All decisions regarding this or any other promotion or offer are at the sole discretion of LabTech Software and are final.

  6. LabTech Software will make its best efforts to avoid contacting customers under the Customer Registration Program.  Notwithstanding, partner acknowledges that some customers go by “doing business as” (DBA’s), use abbreviations or have different spellings for their company name.  In these cases, partner acknowledges that a customer could potentially bypass the customer registration process.

  7. Customers will be registered on a first come first serve basis.  LabTech Software, at its sole discretion, will re-align registration based on a customer’s written request and notification to the original partner on record and LabTech Software.

  8. By submitting customer registration information, partner acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the Customer Registration Program.

Register and Protect Your Opportunities

Authorized LabTech Software Distributors—those approved to sell to managed service providers (MSPs)—resellers, and advocates may register new LabTech opportunities and qualify for an additional up-front discount and rebates contingent on LabTech Software approval of registration.

Partners must meet all criteria and abide by terms and conditions of the opportunity registration process as set forth in this document.

Promotional Discounts and Backend Rebates -

Terms and Conditions -

  1. Partner must be in good standing with an active Distributor, Reseller or Advocate agreement on file, and classified as a Distributor (authorized to sell to MSP’s), MSP+, Premier, Certified or Advocate Partner to participate in the opportunity registration promotion.

  2. Public Sector (i.e., Federal Government (FED) or State and Local Government and Education (SLED)) deals are eligible for up-front discounts only. (No backend rebates will be authorized for public sector deals.)

  1. To register an opportunity, partners must complete all required information per opportunity registration form.  If LabTech Software approves the opportunity, approval emails will be sent to partners as proof of registration.  LabTech Software reserves the right to rectify any approval errors within two business days.

  2. Only new product sales opportunities may be registered.  Maintenance orders, OEMs, ISVs, education orders, professional services, outsourcing, NFR, and orders for products for internal use are excluded from this plan.

  3. Only new opportunities submitted by authorized partners are eligible for approval.  Opportunities originating from LabTech Software’s marketing efforts and assigned to partners are excluded from this promotion.

  4. Product orders must be submitted directly to LabTech Software or to an Authorized Distributor with the appropriate opportunity registration email approval.

  5. Unless otherwise communicated in writing by LabTech Software, this offer CANNOT BE COMBINED with any other discount or promotion made available by LabTech Software, Connect Wise Capital Companies, or its affiliates or subsidiaries.

  6. The LabTech Software Channel Partner Opportunity Registration Promotion applies only to the LabTech Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) solution.  ConnectWise Capital Family of Companies and all Third Party Product sales are not eligible.

  7. If an additional discount above and beyond the opportunity registration discount is needed to win the opportunity, LabTech Software may approve such a discount at its sole discretion.  Final price will be agreed to between Customer, Reseller, and Distributor.

  8. To be eligible for a backend rebate, opportunities must be closed within 90 days of approval.

  9. Registered opportunities that are qualified and approved by LabTech Software are valid for six (6) months.  Backend rebates are valid if the opportunity closes within the first 90 days.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, LabTech Software reserves the right to withdraw approval at any time.

  10. Rebates on registered opportunities for the LabTech product are based on actual net Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to LabTech Software.  Only new deals paid up front, in full, are eligible for backend rebates.  Software as a Service (SaaS) licensing, LabTech Software financed products or other closed opportunities under a monthly repayment scheduled are not eligible for backend rebate.

  11. Opportunities registered by authorized partners will be eligible for a backend rebate once the deal is closed.  Partner must notify LabTech Software of the won opportunity in writing and include approval email issued when the deal was originally registered.  Rebate will be paid once the sale of LabTech product is confirmed and payment has been received by LabTech Software.  This applies to partners who register the opportunity and Win or Lose (as long as LabTech wins the opportunity.)

  12. LabTech Software will exclude all taxes, consulting fees, professional services fees, shipment charges and other ancillary charges in calculating the net to LabTech Software on new partner deal registrations. LabTech is not responsible for any taxes or levies that may arise from issuance of any form of rebate.

  13. Offer is valid worldwide for sales to MSP’s and end-users operating in countries in which local law does not prohibit such programs.  Distributors, resellers and advocates submitting for opportunity registration approvals acknowledge understanding and approval from local law.

  14. LabTech Software reserves the right to immediately suspend or exclude partners from the opportunity registration promotion and any outstanding backend rebates due if a partner is in breach of any terms and conditions in the LabTech Software Partner Agreement or on a credit hold with LabTech Software.

  15. LabTech reserves the right to request additional information to validate claims.

  16. LabTech Software reserves the right to determine whether or not a deal over $100,000 USD qualifies for promotional rebates.

  17. LabTech Software’s decision as to eligibility to participate in Channel Partner Opportunity Registration Promotion shall be final and conclusive.  LabTech Software reserves the right at any time to change, withdraw, or alter the incentive or any benefit under the registration form or eligibility requirements.  LabTech Software reserves the right to exclude any partner that it deems does not meet Deal Registration Plan Terms and Conditions or whose conduct violates the spirit of this offer.
